Cancellations

We gladly accept the refunds & returns for any orders placed. All Personalized artwork is made-to-order and therefore returns are not accepted as the amount of time for creating the artwork has already been made. But you can always contact me if you have any questions at plentynewshop@gmail.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request for cancellations, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
